What we do with the information you give us on this website. In short: we use it to answer you and to do the work you ask for, and we never sell it.

Who we are
Dream Nexus is run by its founder, Daniel Bigio. In Europe we operate through independent affiliates registered in the Netherlands. For anything about your data, email daniel@dreamnexus.digital.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form or send us yourself:
- The free website and AI check: your website address and your email address.
- The enquiry form: your name and email address and, if you fill them in, your website, what you need and your message.
- With each form we also send which page you filled it in on, and the code from the link if you came through a link from us (for example ?ref=mail). That tells us which channels work, without cookies.
- Emails you send us directly.
- The website assistant (“Ask Dream Nexus”): the questions you type. They are sent to Anthropic to write the answer; we do not store the conversation. If you leave your details in the chat, we receive your name, email, what you need and the questions you asked.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. To prevent abuse, the assistant keeps only counters: how many messages were sent today, per chat and per visitor, where the visitor is a code made from your IP address that changes every day and cannot be turned back into it.
Why we use it
To do the check you asked for, to answer your message and to follow up about the project you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Who else handles it
A few services help us run this website. Each receives only what it needs for its part:
- Netlify hosts the website and serves every page.
- Resend delivers the forms to our inbox.
- Anthropic (United States) writes the website assistant’s answers. It receives the questions you type in the chat, not your name or email. It does not use them to train its models and deletes them after a limited period; transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Cloudflare runs the bot check (Turnstile) that loads when you open the assistant. It sees your IP address and browser details, only to tell people from bots.
- Fontshare serves the typefaces. Your browser loads them from Fontshare’s servers, which can see your IP address.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the work and the time the law requires us to keep invoices. Ask us and we will delete it sooner wherever we can.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email daniel@dreamnexus.digital and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Colombia the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
Changes
When we change this page, the date at the top changes with it.
