Avans Hogeschool approached Dream Nexus with a vision: to create an innovative digital application that would make complex academic concepts in transdisciplinary education accessible, clear, and engaging.
The challenge? Their existing materials were static and lacked the interactivity needed to inspire students and partners. They wanted a tool that combined clarity, creativity, and playfulness while staying aligned with serious academic goals.

Our Approach
We began with consulting workshops alongside Avans researchers and professors to deeply understand their needs. Together, we mapped out the communication challenges and user journeys.
From there, we translated insights into:
UX/UI Wireframes – ensuring clarity, accessibility, and flow.
Art Direction – visual design inspired by nature, exploration, and academic values.
Development in Unity – chosen for its flexibility and ability to deliver an interactive, web-ready experience.
Throughout the process, we collaborated closely with the Avans team, iterating through feedback and testing prototypes to refine usability.
